🧵 Product Customization
- We offer custom sizes, colors, labels, and packaging for bulk orders.
- Custom designs must be approved via sample or tech pack before production begins.
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may apply to custom requests.
🧾 Order Placement
- All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or official purchase order).
- Production begins only after advance payment and design/sample approval.
- For bulk exports, lead times and delivery schedules will be shared before confirmation.
💳 Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (TT), PayPal (for samples), LC (Letter of Credit) for large orders.
- A minimum of 50% advance is required to begin production.
- Balance must be cleared before shipment dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
🔁 Return & Replacement
- As our garments are custom manufactured, returns are not accepted unless: The item is damaged during transit, There is a clear manufacturing defect acknowledged by our quality team.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order, with photos/videos as proof.
- In case of an approved return, we offer replacement or credit note.
📦 Packaging
- All garments are packed with care using international standard packaging.
- Custom branding/labels and eco-friendly packaging options are available on request.
🧾 Invoices & Documents
- We provide official invoices, packing lists, and any required export documentation.
- Additional documents like COO (Certificate of Origin), GSP Certificate, or SGS Report can be arranged on request.
